A mailing list is very easy using the cPanel interface. The first thing you need to do is log into your client area. Once you have logged in you will be able to then log into your cPanel account by clicking on the cPanel button next to the domain you wish to make the list for.
If you know your cPanel username and password (they would have been sent to you in your welcome email from Colosseum) you can also access your cPanel via www.yourdomain.com:2082.
Once in your cPanel click on the icon labeled "Mailing Lists" from here you can create a new mailing list or delete/change the password/log in to an existing list.
Log into the mailing list you wish to invite people to by clicking on the Modify link to the right of the mailing list. In the new page enter in the administrators password to login to the management interface.
Once you have logged in:
- click on the Membership Management... link
- then click on the Mass Subscription link
- next click on the Invite selection beside "Subscribe these users now or invite them?"
- next add the list of email addresses you would like to invite, one address per line

jdoe@example.com <jdoe@example.com> John Doe <jdoe@example.com> "John Doe" <jdoe@example.com> jdoe@example.com (John Doe)
- You can also upload a file with the email addresses you wish to invite in the same format as above (one email addres per line)
- in the next box type in a message that will be sent with your invites, this message will be displayed at the begining of the standard invitation message.
- Hit submit changes to send out your invites.
