Can I limit or change the email storage space used by individual accounts?

Yes. When creating a POP email account, you can specify the amount of storage capacity in MB that is to be allocated.

You can also change the email storage at a later time through your control panel (cPanel).

Steps

1. In your control panel (cPanel), click on the "POP Email Accounts" link.
2. Click on the "MB" icon that corresponds to the email account that you want its storage changed.
3. In the "New Quota" field, enter the new storage capacity of the email account.
4. Click on the "Submit" button.
