Can email account users change their own passwords?

Yes. At any given time, your email account users can change their own passwords through WebMail.

Steps

1. Go to http://www.yourdomain.com/webmail/

Note: The domain "yourdomain.com" should be replaced with the domain you are hosting with us.

2. In the Username field, enter your full email address (e.g. name@yourdomain.com).
3. In the Password field, enter the password of your email account.
4. Click on the "Change Password" link.
5. Enter your new password in the "New Password" and "New Password (again)" fields.
6. Click on the "Change Password" button.

Note: If the password was changed, the following will appear (except name@yourdomain.com will be the email account that has its password changed):

Changed password for name@yourdomain.com
