Can email account users change their own passwords?

Yes. At any given time, your email account users can change their own passwords through WebMail.

Steps

1. Go to http://www.yourdomain.com:9998

Note: The domain "yourdomain.com" should be replaced with the domain you are hosting with us.

2. In the Username field, enter your full email address (e.g. name@yourdomain.com).
3. In the Password field, enter the password of your email account. Your password must meet the minimum requirements for passwords of 8 characters with at least one of the following: Uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number.
4. Click on the Settings button at the top of the screen
5. In the menu on the left click Account Settings
6. On the main screen enter your current password, new password, and confirm password fields, then click Save at the top of the screen.
