As far as creating your web site, there are many web authoring programs and WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) HTML editors available for purchase and/or download on the web (including try-before-you-buy shareware and a few freeware programs). Most commonly used are Microsoft FrontPage and Macromedia Dreamweaver. These are often a good way for customers with no previous knowledge of HTML to create respectable looking web pages without learning a lot of hypertext coding.
